                                   CHESS BOKODA 


Ingredients:

2 cheese cubes
1 onion 
2 green chilly
2 bread slice
7-8 curry leaves 
1 cup gram flour 
1 tsp corn flour
a pinch baking powder
a pinch citric acid
1/2 tsp salt 
1/4 tsp red chilly powder 
oil for frying

How to make cheese pakoda:


Finely chop green chilli and onion
Cut cheese cubes and bread into cubes.
Mix all the ingredients in gram flour and make a thick batter using water.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all pakodas until they turn brown.
Serve them hot with sauce or chutney.
